Gay Couples Boudoir Session

Individual. Together. Completely yourselves.

Gay couples’ boudoir sessions have their own energy – and it’s one of my favorites to work with.

These two came in a little shy. That didn’t last long. By the time we were done, they were throwing out ideas of their own, completely comfortable in front of the camera, and genuinely having fun with it.

This session was designed from the start to be presented in  black and white. It’s  classic, timeless, and exactly right for the mood they wanted. We started with individual portraits for each of them, then moved into shots together. The individual images are some of my strongest work from this session.

The couple’s shots capture something you can’t manufacture – two people who are genuinely comfortable with each other, and completely themselves together. That kind of ease in front of a camera either exists or it doesn’t. With these two, it absolutely did.

We also did a whole series of shaving shots. They’re a little too intimate to share here — but trust me, they’re good.

This is what a gay couple’s boudoir session looks like in practice: individual images that celebrate each of you, and couples shots that capture what you are together. As classic or as playful as you want. As intimate as you’re comfortable with.
